This hotel was a breath of fresh air. Seemless check in process even at 2:30 in the morning Guest Services was bright and personable Even accommodated us with a high floor request Beds were made every day of the 4 days we were here even when we woke up late one day at 1:30pm they got in there and made the beds after we left. I WAS IMPRESSED. The breakfast buffet was wholesome and room service was quick and fast

I Didn’t Choose This Hotel. Jeremiah Did. I arrived at Sheraton Dallas Hotel by the Galleria as one of ten women on a work trip—physically present, emotionally absent, and spiritually hollow. We were no longer human. We were vessels. Vessels full of conference coffee, PowerPoint slides, and the kind of corporate jargon that slowly turns your soul into office-scented goo. Enter: Jeremiah. At first glance, he appeared to be just a bartender. Calm. Approachable. Almost… normal. But within minutes, it became clear we had stumbled upon something else entirely—a mixologist, a therapist, a chaos coordinator, and possibly a wizard in disguise. He didn’t just make drinks. He read the room. He sensed the burnout. He recognized the thousand-yard stare of women who had learned too much that day. With each cocktail, something miraculous happened. Our shoulders dropped. Our laughs returned. Our personalities rebooted. One sip in, and we were smiling again. Two sips in, and we were laughing like we’d known each other since kindergarten. By drink three? We were alive. Vibrant. Glowing. Questioning why we ever thought mineral water was enough to survive a work trip. Jeremiah didn’t rush us. He didn’t judge our orders. He guided us gently—like a sommelier of sanity—out of our professional dissociation and back into joy. He cracked jokes at exactly the right moment. He remembered names. He remembered drinks. He somehow managed ten women, ten moods, and ten levels of exhaustion like it was an Olympic sport. By the end of the night, we weren’t just guests at a hotel bar. We were characters in a story. A story that began with spreadsheets and ended with laughter, connection, and the shared realization that Jeremiah is the kind of person who makes a place worth returning to. So here’s the truth: The rooms? Comfortable. The location? Convenient. But Jeremiah? The destination. I would book this hotel again purely on the off-chance that he’s behind the bar—ready to resurrect another group of weary travelers and remind them that joy, humor, and a damn good cocktail still exist. If you’re reading reviews trying to decide where to stay, stop here. Stay here. Sit at the bar. Trust Jeremiah. And prepare to feel human again.

Where do we start. SHERATON you still yet amaze me even after years better I still craves you guys experience. Parking is done through a 3rd party service not hotel. They have plenty signs around property with rates depending on the number hours for your visit. Walking into the Lobby we was Greeted by Tyler a amazing, professional, and trustworthy attendant on our 1st night stay at the beginning. VERY CLEAN, QUIET and ORGANIZED! ITs not to big but not to little. A nice size hotel!! He checked us in got us the room, made sure we had everything we needed, answer all questions regarding the 2 free complimentary water, parking an breakfast, pool hours. We had one hippcup but Amber that evening handle it so smooth where it was taken care within minutes. The suite is definitely a plus here. Great for families, Date night, girls night out. Comes with 2 tvs, one in one room and one in like the living room, couch, small refrigerator, couple of tables. Pair house shoes. Great smelling good shampoo, bodywash and lotion. Also had 2 cute wine cups underneath a napkin. Great morning view. As the bed right in front of the window so once open you see a great outside view.(makes you feel out of town but still in town type of vibe) they have a sheraton robe to use if you want to purchase one they have that option as well in the closet. They Have a safe for important documents. 2 views one in living room and one in main room. Great size bed, no lumps, very comfortable and soft with clean white sheets.Charging stations available downstairs not sure if it's a cost but its convenience if you leave it and tesd having to go buy one they have you taken care of. A printer if needed right next to it. They also have there on food market with snacks, necessities for things you might had left(cost but its available right at your finger tips). They have plenty siting lounges downstairs, bar with great options and a great breakfast menu(some packages is include some its additional check room details) wake up and go downstairs to fresh variety breakfast and don't have to leave its already ready!!. Breakfast menu eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, potatoes and then right next to that they have a breakfast fruit bar with your oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruits(melon, cantaloupe, pineapples, bananas) great coffee selection decafe and Regular with Splenda and Raw sugar option. Drinks Orange, Apple and a fruit passion. They also had the table set up with everything you need as far as plates, bowl, cup and coffee mug and utensils. For the price, service, the amenities, the space and its kind of a "ONE'stop shop you can't beat it. Nobody is roaming the place, very "SAFE" LOCATION...its also by alot of great food places, mall and activities within distances as well right off the freeway. I had NOT one complaint that they couldn't fix! This my I believe 2/3 time coming here for my anniversary and each time I'm still amazed as it's my 1st time experiencing it. I know there's bad reviews but I'm a CHEF and my hubby is retired from the military. It's way worst in Dallas that's 4 stars but still missing a few of the things that they are offering at this location which is a plus. As always depends on the day, hour and person in charge the day of your experience! But the last few time I was Here I been truly blessed.! Definitely will be back!! Check out photos...this a real review. Don't pass it up if you're on a budget but still want to feel the luxury experience!!

Andre (Front desk) turned our trip around, we were greeted by a rude lady on the phone (A…) and Andre was patient and kind during our checkin process to ensure we received everything we needed. Now for breakfast Gricelda did an amazingggg job as well she was so sweet and had a welcoming smile like Andre. We would be back just to support them! Keep them and give a raise if possible!

Had a great time visiting family on this last-minute trip. Rashonda went out of her way to ensure we would be greatly taken care of, from giving us connecting rooms to even hooking us up with free breakfast and parking since she saw it was my birthday. The hotel itself had amazing beds, a good night's sleep, even with a three-year-old kicking your spine half the night. Would definitely stay again. Oh, and I use the Hopper app to find a great price.
